Established  in the Canary Islands in 1992, by Carlos Gómez Sirvent and Emilio GªGranados Alayón. The original concept was to create a team of lawyers which would bring together the classical, traditional philosophy of the law firm, based on direct relationships with the client, dialogue and mutual trust, and the corporate dynamism required by a modern business. If we were to put it in a few words, we could say that we aim to help our clients find the most suitable legal solution at any given moment, providing a service of the highest quality.

The fulfilment of this idea, so simple in theory, has been one of the great challenges for Spanish law firms. Our firm’s goal has always been the achievement of this goal; to this end we have established an organisational structure and working methodology similar to the most advanced companies, without allowing this to compromise the personal treatment given to our clients. Perhaps the most telling indicator of our commitment to quality management is the fact that ours is the first law firm in the Canary Islands to obtain the ISO certificate for quality management systems.

Further evidence of this commitment is the fact that SIRVENT & GRANADOS ABOGADOS belongs to GIPE España, a network of independent law firms of which our law firm is a founding member and which is the first network of Spanish law firms which guarantees service based on quality.

If indeed our continuing concern is for the quality of our service, then at the same time our lawyers should be capable of offering the maximum attention to our clients, as far as possible in the client’s language; for this reason we make every possible effort to attend to their needs in Spanish as well as in English, French and German.
